Located in the lower Lot valley, this beautiful vineyard is fully operational. 20 hectares of organic land, including 12 hectares of vines and 8 hectares of agricultural land (sold without equipment). The price includes a stock of 6,000 bottles (selection of vintages from 2018 to 2020). A second 80m² wooden structure winery was created 5 years ago.

New stainless steel tank and new thermal circuit. Part of the land is classified as IGP for the production of red wine, with a small portion for white wine. Ratio: 60 hectoliters/hectare.

Most of the plots are on the first terrace, with one plot on the second terrace. The vines are between 25 and 30 years old, with some having been replanted. The main house has 2 levels and approximately 220m² of living space.
