Palazzo ducale o Castello di Giove is a castle in Giove, Provincia di Terni, Italy. It stands on a hill in the Umbrian countryside above the Tiber River valley, with views towards the Cimini mountains, Monte Amiata, the Amerini hills and Mount Soratte. The site was known as Castel di Juvo in 1191 and was later transformed into a Renaissance palace by the Mattei family. Its five floors contain 365 windows, while the salons have mythological frescoes attributed to Domenichino.

Indoor and outdoor space, historic halls, secret passages and underground prisons form the setting for events and visits. The restored castle hosts receptions, exhibitions, weddings and other private functions, and it also accommodates guided tours. The Associazione Charles Moulin is housed at the property.
