Casa Guardiola is a historic house at Puerta de Jerez, 5 in Sevilla, Spain. Built in 1880, its architecture combines Sevillian regionalism and eclecticism. The spaces include a columned patio, a loggia, a garden and several salons with imported marble, Indian wood and natural silk damask. The house also contains a cross from the Inquisition described as more than 400 years old.

Indoor and outdoor areas are available for weddings, corporate events, private parties, receptions, photoshoots, concerts and exhibitions. Facilities include a catering area, a soundproofed dance floor and parking, with public parking nearby. Cocktail-style events can accommodate up to 300 guests. Set in Sevilla's historic center, Casa Guardiola is accessible by taxi, metro and tram.
