Hotel Schloss Gerzensee is an 18th-century castle in Gerzensee, Switzerland, set in the Bernese Oberland. Built in 1700 by Samuel Morlot as the “New Castle”, it is now a hotel and houses the Study Center Gerzensee, owned by the Swiss National Bank since 1980. Views extend across Gerzensee lake towards the Bernese Alps, including Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.
Event spaces include historic halls, modern seminar rooms, and indoor and outdoor areas across the castle, park and gardens. The grounds contain a private lake with a boathouse and a kitchen garden, while guest rooms offer balconies or seating areas overlooking the gardens or surrounding nature. Accommodation, catering, parking and wifi are available. The venue hosts weddings, corporate events, conferences, retreats, private parties and receptions.
