Overview
Château de Pescheseul is an 18th-century château in Avoise, in the Sarthe region of France, between Le Mans and Angers. It is around 20 minutes from the TGV station at Sablé-sur-Sarthe and about an hour from Paris.
Event spaces include the Écuries, a U-shaped building for up to 300 guests at dinner, with a 130 m² main room, a 115 m² West wing and an 80 m² East wing. These spaces have professional kitchens and sanitary facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility. The 143 m² Orangerie has an eight-metre ceiling and views towards the meadow and rivière Sarthe. Gardens, outdoor areas, parking, catering and a chapel support weddings, corporate events, private parties, conferences, concerts, exhibitions and receptions. Overnight options comprise a gîte with 10 sleeping places, glamping yurts and space for tents. Additional arrangements include string lighting, braziers, a central mast, a stage and boat arrivals.
