Overview
Castello d'Arcano Superiore is a medieval fortress in Rive d'Arcano, in Italy's UD region, dating to the early 13th century. Its Guelph-style crenellated walls enclose watchtowers, a keep and gardens with centuries-old trees. The castle also contains frescoed halls associated with Andrea Urbani and fireplaces attributed to Raffaello de' Raffaelli.
Event spaces include three interconnecting ground-floor rooms with a fireplace and direct courtyard access, four first-floor rooms including a grand ballroom, a lemon house (limonaia), and rustic buildings. The gardens and outdoor areas provide settings for ceremonies and receptions, while facilities include parking, catering, indoor space, outdoor space and views. Castello d'Arcano Superiore hosts weddings, corporate events, private parties, exhibitions and cultural gatherings. Other offerings include Renaissance dinners, artisan markets (Botteghe in corte), historical reenactments and guided tours.
