Overview
Castello Marchione is an 18th-century castle about 6 kilometres from Conversano, in Puglia, Italy. Originally built as a hunting lodge and summer residence for the Acquaviva d'Aragona family, the Counts of Conversano, it has a rectangular plan with four cylindrical corner towers. Window loggias lead to circular terraces above the towers, with views across the surrounding countryside. The building includes a ground floor, mezzanine and upper floor; its main and rear façades feature triple lancet windows, while the interior has a grand staircase with multiple flights, decorated windows and ornate balustrades.
The castle provides indoor halls and outdoor areas across its garden and park, together with parking and countryside views. Catering and service are managed by the castle's own staff. Castello Marchione hosts weddings, corporate events, conferences, receptions and private parties, with facilities for both indoor and outdoor gatherings.
