Castello Pensabene is a medieval castle in Protonotaro, in Città metropolitana di Messina, Sicily, Italy. Also known as the Castle of Protonotaro, it dates from the second quarter of the 13th century and was built during the era of Frederick II before later passing to the Pensabene Marquises. A fire in 1775 destroyed the second floor, and the property has since undergone renovations.

Indoor rooms, an internal courtyard and gardens provide varied settings, complemented by outdoor space and views. Catering and parking are available. Castello Pensabene hosts weddings, private parties and receptions in a historic castle setting in Protonotaro.
