Overview

St Donat's Castle is a Grade I listed 12th-century castle in Llantwit Major, within the Atlantic College region of South Wales. It stands on the cliffs of the Vale of Glamorgan and has been home to UWC Atlantic College since 1962. A great hall, towers and battlements form part of the castle, while the surrounding 122 acres include seafront, woodland, valley and farmland. The venue has gardens, a swimming pool, a park, parking, catering, and indoor and outdoor spaces with coastal views.

The castle hosts weddings, corporate events, private parties, conferences, retreats, photoshoots, concerts, exhibitions, workshops and receptions. Café concerts and community events are also held on the site. Event proceeds support scholarship funding for UWC Atlantic College's student body.
